How do I get support?
If you have a technical question we have a support ticketing system in your dashboard with a super-fast response and turn around times. We also have a huge amount of documentation that will answer 99% of your questions.
If you have a marketing question, join the Facebook group where all the marketers hang out and help each other build their business.
Which mailing list providers do you integrate with?
Integrations include MailChimp, Klaivyo, Aweber, Convertkit, Sendy, and Drip. More coming soon.
If I’m paying for a monthly membership, do I get access to all your products/tools?
You do!
Is a credit card required?
We just need your name and email to create an account, there is no credit card required to create a campaign and test out all our features. When you are ready to launch your campaign, you can then add your payment information.
How do I downgrade my account if I’m not using it?
If you’re currently on a paid plan and would like to downgrade it to “maintenance mode” you can do this. We will continue to store your data, leads, and campaigns. This can be done from your billing settings and it is $5 / month.
If you’re currently on a paid plan and would like to downgrade to a free plan, this is not possible because the paid plan stores date while the free plan does not.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, 15 days and on the 1st charge only. We are confident you will be crushing your goals within the first few weeks of your first campaign.
Is my giveaway or contest legal?
Check with your local law guidelines and make sure you do not require people to make a purchase to enter your giveaway, contest or sweepstakes.

Questions About Contests, Giveaways, Sweepstakes & Leaderboards
Contests are known to produce great numbers, but don’t you get a lot of bad emails who just want your freebie?
That’s a fair concern and there are a lot of elements that affect the quality of your emails. For example, if you offer a Macbook Pro and you’re a blog for moms, you’re going to get a lot of emails that aren’t right for you.
On the other hand, if you offer a very specific item that only moms want, then your contestants will be much more high value. There are many other factors that affect engagement, and we discuss this a lot in our blog.
How does your system prevent contestants from cheating the system?
We have a proprietary cheating algorithm that detects cheaters and prevents them from being chosen when you go to pick the winners. You can also view an entrants referrals, lead quality and get a “cheater score” to help determine if they should be removed from your giveaway. We don’t reveal our algorithm
We don’t reveal our algorithm publicly, because if we did it would make it that much easier to game our system. We pride ourselves in being one of the most advanced cheating detection systems for contest software out there.
Which mailing list providers do you integrate with?
Currently, we integrate with Mailchimp, Aweber, ConvertKit, Sendy, and Drip. You can also export to CSV after your contest is over, which we recommend. We’re working on a Zapier integration next so you can plug yourself into many different email providers.
How does a contest look on mobile?
In this day and age, mobile has to be a priority. Our contests look amazing on mobile!
Can your contest software help me get Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter followers?
Yes! After a contestant enters, they’re given the option to like or follow your social media pages. You can also get them to tag friends, share and engage with your social content.
Does this work even if I have zero audiences?
Viral contests work no matter your audience size. If you have no audience, you just have to get creative with how you initially “seed” your contest. In our blog, we go in-depth with how you can seed your contest list and see the viral growth.
Can I run a contest on my own domain instead of vyper.io?
Our Enterprise plan allows you to set a custom subdomain and removes VYPER branding from your contest landing page.
Do you allow pixel tracking and/or Google Analytics?
Yes. Starting from our Pro plan you’ll be able to embed Google Analytics code as well as any pixel code (ie – Facebook pixel) to the contest. You can add code to the contest landing page and the contest thank you page to track conversions.
Can I customize my giveaway?
Yes. Our editing and setup dashboard is very easy but in-depth. It allows heavy customization. If you are a development wiz and need more the pro and enterprise plans you have an area to add your own custom code to make even more adjustments to your giveaway.

How do I add a Rewards Program campaign to my website?
All you need to do is add 1 line of code in the <head> section of your website.
Can the Rewards Program track purchases?
Simply connect to your Shopify store with our Shopify app. For all other store types, we have some code that you will need to place on your checkout success page.
What type of rewards can you offer?
We created a super flexible but easy Rewards Program builder, you can give discounts, free products, content or no prize at all.
